Clear Scientific receives award to develop a stable, multidose vial formulation of scopolamine

Clear Scientific received an award to develop a stable, multidose vial (MDV) formulation of scopolamine. Scopolamine can be used as a life-saving therapeutic to treat acute nerve agent poisoning, and a stable MDV formulation will allow for application of the medical countermeasure in the field and in situations where multiple doses need to be quickly distributed to affected civilians or warfighters. CSInc will aim to develop a stable and antimicrobial formulation that is suitable for eventual FDA submission.
