Clear Scientific’s Executive VP Chemistry, Xinhua Li PhD, presented progress on CS-1103, a first-in-class therapeutic for treatment of acute methamphetamine intoxication, at the College on Problems of Drug Dependence (CPDD) 84th Annual Scientific Meeting in Minneapolis MN on June 13, 2022. CPDD has been in existence since 1929. The organization serves as an interface among government, industry, regulatory, treatment, prevention, and academic communities. The vision of CPDD is a world where substance use disorder (SUD) is no longer a cause of stigma and human suffering. The mission of CPDD includes promoting excellence in research investigating SUD and educating clinicians and scientists about SUD and potential treatment and prevention strategies.
